We provide NDIS support and services that assist you to remain in your own home in order to achieve as independent a lifestyle as possible. When we devise a care plan to provide support, it is personalised to your specific needs and life circumstances and can include assistance for daily activities and participation in the wider community, as well as transport to social events, meal preparation and household tasks that help you to live independently and safely at home.
Once you turn 65 your NDIS funding may move into the aged care stream. Initially this is called Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP).
